CPCV is a pricing model used by advertisers whereby they pay for the users who watch a video ad through completion. The user need not follow the call to action at the end of the video like the other model such as CPI. In some pricing models in CPCV, the advertisers pay even if the user watches a few seconds of the ad before skipping it.
